Junior chefs will learn the basics of handmade pasta, creating classic Italian favorites using traditional tools and gadgets. Each Chef will create an Italian dish to take home and enjoy...dinner is served!

From no-bake treats to ready to bake creations, Junior Chefs will measure, mix, prepare and decorate delicious desserts and baked goods. Each Chef will take home their handmade treats to share and enjoy.

SCIENCE of FOOD week
Cooking meets science! Junior Chefs will create edible science experiments while learning the fascinating chemistry behind food. Each Chef will take home their out of this world creation to share and enjoy.

FOOD TRUCK week
Junior chefs will create fun street food inspired dishes to take home and enjoy while also getting a behind the scenes look at food truck culture with a special visit and tour from a local Bozeman food truck.

AROUND the WORLD week
Pack your passports! Junior Chefs will explore flavors and dishes from different countries through hands on cooking adventures.
Using recipes and ingredients from around the World,
Chefs will create dishes to take home and share around the table.

FARM to TABLE week
Junior Chefs will prepare simple seasonal recipes and experience canning and pickling fresh foods. Each chef will take home their creations and a better understanding of how local food goes from farm to table.
