R e f r i g e r a t i o n

Keep refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below

Best enjoyed within 2–3 days of purchase

Store in original container or an airtight container until ready to cook and enjoy.

F r e e z i n g

Fresh pasta freezes beautifully

Freeze as soon as possible if you will not use it within a few days. Store in a freezer-safe container or freezer bag for up to 6 months for best quality.

Cook directly from frozen...do not thaw!

D r y i n g

Leave fresh pasta on counter or in unsealed container that allows airflow.  Keeping pasta at room temperature for up to 2 days.  To check if dried completely break a piece of pasta, if it breaks then your pasta is dried.

C o o k i n g   I n s t r u c t i o n s

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil

and add plenty of salt to season the water.

Gently place pasta into water and stir immediately to prevent sticking.  Cook for 5–9 minutes for refrigerated or dried pasta or 8–12 minutes if cooking from frozen.  Pasta is ready when it is tender (al dente) and begins to float.
